Return & Refund Policy

Checking your order

Customers must check the product while the delivery person is present and before making payment.

Returning at the door

If the product does not match the order, or the customer does not wish to accept it, the parcel may be returned immediately. The delivery fee must still be paid.

After delivery is completed

Once the parcel has been accepted, payment has been completed, and the delivery person has left, no return, refund, exchange, or complaint will be accepted.
